Job Description : We are looking to hire a Certified Public Accountant with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Accountant are expected to be detailed oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.Primary ResponsibilitiesMaintain and audit company financial recordsOversee budget and financial managementPerform duties related to bookkeeping, preparation of government audits, taxes and financial planningRecommend fiscally advantageous methods to save moneyWork with tax returns and analyze financial information to ensure taxes are paid on timeAudit accounts for errors, misinformation, fraud and overspendingReport financial information to managementCreate and analyze budgetsAdvise management on tax ramifications of business decisionsAct as a consultant in areas such as compensation, benefits and asset protectionOversee accounts payable and receivableForecast revenue and analyze ledgersIdentify and investigate variancesParticipate in strategic planning, fraud prevention and budget developmentRequired BackgroundAnalytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent report-writing, communication and IT skills.Bachelors degree in Accounting.CPA is a plus.5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experienceJob Type: Full-timeWork RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: $52,070.00 – $65,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
