Job Description : Tasks
Development, Verification and Validation of vehicle control functions.
Technical :
Collect and analyze the customer’s requirements on vehicle-, system- and software level.
Develop the software depending on the requirements from the customer and the standards as required.
Analyze and fix bugs found during verification and validation.
Create and maintain the requirements on vehicle-, system- and software level.
Create and maintain the architecture on vehicle-, system- and software level.
Create and maintain sw component tests.
Execution of SW Unit tests as per the specification.
Support in reverse engineering of SW requirements, SW Unit tests and redesign of SW components.
Knowledge of Embedded C.
Others :
Daily co-operation with team members of the world wide project teams / Good communication skills.
Systematic approach and capability of abstraction.
Good Problem Resolution Skills.
Education:
Degree in Engineering.
Professional Experience:
2+ years of function development experience in automotive domain.
Project and/or Process Experience:
Experience in Automotive SW development/ Development Testing.
Experience in Configuration Management and Requirement Management tools.
Domain Expertise in automotive – EBS (Or other safety related systems) is preferable.
Experience on Control Systems.
Knowledge on Vehicle Dynamics.
Knowledge of Safety Architecture (IEC61508/ISO26262).
Intercultural / International Experience :
Germany (preferable), China or Japan.
Other Requirements
Office location will be Bangalore.
Willingness to travel to Germany, China or Japan for 3 months.
