Job Description : A financial services organization located in New York City is actively seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join their staff as their new Fund Accountant. In this role, the Fund Accountant will review accounting agents/administrator reports before issuing final NAVs.
Responsibilities
The Fund Accountant will:
Calculate daily, weekly, and monthly estimated performance and NAVs.
Prepare monthly Fact Sheets
Process invoices and update expense budget
Prepare revenue and other reports for management
Provide reports for auditors and other external reporting entities
Perform compliance reporting, including Form PF, CTA, AIFMD etc.
Review semi-annual and annual financial reports
Complete other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
3-5+ years of related industry experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Desired skills
Bloomberg experience
