Job Description : General DescriptionResponsible for the finance/accounting function through the management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, inter-company accounts and bank reconciliations, and other aspects of accounting within the organization.Essential Job Functions· GENERAL ACCOUNTING – Recording detailed journalentries, handling all accounts payable and receivable,reconciling general ledger accounts and inter-company funds,and processing month-end, year-end closing.· REAL ESTATE ACCOUNTING – Responsible for the day-to-day accounting of real estate assets and the funds invested in these assets, reviewing and reconciling triple net leases (NNN), and assisting property management with other accounting duties as needed.· FINANCIAL STATEMENT ANALYSIS AND REPORTING – Maintaining company books and records, preparing financial statements, performing profit and loss analysis, and developing other internal reporting.· TAXES – Assisting with tax reporting, preparing annual audit and tax work papers.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:GAAP: 5 years (Preferred)Accountants: 5 years (Preferred)QuickBooks: 5 years (Preferred)License/Certification:CPA (Preferred)Work Location: One location
