Job Description : Elite Fitness Group and MW Property Brothers are looking for an experienced general accountant to join our rockstar team.Elite Fitness Group owns and operates 13 gyms in West Michigan (Fit Body Boot Camps and Tranzform Fitness) and MW Property Brothers is a real estate investment company that specializes in fix and flips and rental properties and within the next year we will be investing into Multi-Family.This person would be responsible for all accounting functions inside of both businesses.BookkeepingPayrollAccounts PayableAccounts ReceivableBenefits ManagementBank ReconciliationWorking directly with lenders to provide the proper documentation neededMonth-end reports created and presented to the leadership team within 14 business daysHelp execute tax strategy created by our CPA and outside financial teamMeet with our accountant quarterly and provide our accountant everything needed to file our taxesYou will report directly to the CEO of both businesses.This person must be a self-starter as you will be a team of one. As our real estate company expands we will need to bring on more team members to support the accounting functions of the business.You must be a resourceful problem solver.
