Job Description : This newly created role will contribute to our growing Finance organization. Primary responsibilities include supporting the monthly financial close process and new processes established with the implementation of Workday.We offer a hybrid work schedule. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:Assist in performing an efficient and accurate close for specific accounts, through preparation of journal entries that include the necessary supporting documentation and timely submission of monthly financial close activitiesPerform monthly/quarterly/annual balance sheet reconciliationsSupport the new processes established with the implementation of WorkdayMaintain a great working relationship within our team and with the teams in the business unitsProvide support for external auditsAnalyze and review balance sheet and P&L statements/trial balancesContribute to continuous improvements, including identifying areas to implement automationThe successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in industry and/or Big 4 public accounting firm experienceA Bachelor’s or other degree in accountingLicensed CPAZelis is a healthcare and financial technology growth company and market-leading provider of claims cost management and payments optimization solutions to price, pay and explain healthcare claims.
