Job Description : Position Summary The Digital Designer will produce the design function to our Branding partner for Thought Rains and Helios Advisory . The position is responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for digital marketing, email promotional creative, email templates, social media graphics, and banner ads.The Digital Designer reports to Head of Digital Marketing and ensures proper implementation of the creative vision.Proven experience working under pressure to deliver high quality output in a short span of time.Job Duties · Produce the design and production for social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and email templates.· Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online marketing strategies into effective designs.· Work with internal team and external stakeholders to ensure aesthetics are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards. Work with developers to ensure proper implementation of the creative vision.· Work with Head of Digital Marketing to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.· Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning.· Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points.· Provide design support to Digital Team as and when required.· Other duties as assigned.Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications or related field.· Minimum 5 years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or in-house Web team for a product-driven business.· Strong portfolio of design work, showing solution to business problems through effective design.Requirements· Able to present concepts to internal teams.· Experience in digital marketing/web designs with a strong knowledge of Photoshop, web design and development principles· Experience in designing digit marketing creatives· Strong work ethic and personal accountability· Strong attention to detail· Strong time management· Good interpersonal skills· Proficient with Video editing, Adobe Creative Suite products and Photoshop in particularJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Design: 5 years (Preferred)
