Job Description : SUBJECT TEACHERS: PHYSICSResponsibilitiesMap out training plans, design and develop training programs.Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc)Use accepted education principles and track new training methods and techniquesDesign and prepare educational aids and materialsMaintain updated curriculum database and training recordsProvide train-the-trainer sessions for internal & external faculty.Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.RequirementsProven work experience in coordinating multiple training events in a corporate settingExtensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementationAdequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery toolsProven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniquesMS Office proficiencyAdvanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignmentsStrong communication skillsB.Sc degree in Education, Training,Educational Qualification : *B.Sc., B.Ed, M.ScExperience : * 1 – 3 years.**Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:Physics Teaching: 2 years (Preferred)Making lesson Plans: 2 years (Preferred)total work: 3 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
