Job Description : *Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and dutiesProviding clerical and administrative support to Human Resources DepartmentCompiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)Process documentation like Salary Certificates, Service certificates, NOC etc.,Prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment etc)Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulationsAssist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, duty roaster, OT, Allowances etc)Communicate with public services (ESI & PF) when necessaryCoordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviewsConduct initial orientation to newly hired employees and Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our databaseNew Staff ID Card preparationMaintaining monthly reports and filing the same.Requirements and skillsProven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources positionFast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMSBasic knowledge of labor lawsExcellent organizational skillsStrong communications skillsDegree in Human Resources or related fieldJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹14,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insurancePaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:All Staff are required to mask compulsorySanitize frequentlyMaintain social distanceExperience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)
