Job Description : Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
ROLE PURPOSE:
As a People Resourcing Assistant, you are responsible for direct sourcing, screening and other administrative activities.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Administer and support the end to end recruitment process (sourcing strategy, job requisition, posting, screening, administer tests, assessment)
Active sourcing on social career networks (LinkedIn, local job boards)
Administer cross boarding processes including internal interviews if necessary
Initiate and coordinate onboarding steps in ONE
Provide system user support to managers and employees (end users)
Participate in employer branding activities including development and posting of social media activities in cooperation with Communication
Maintain and develop content for Hydro’s online presence with career focus (photos, videos and info about student programs) – in partnership with communications when necessary
If necessary own and manage external talent pools
Share relevant knowledge with colleagues and global HR network when applicable
Develop and continuously maintain information articles and forms in the HR portal
Develop Standard Operational Procedures where appropriate and maintain these
WORK EXPERIENCE: 0-2 years of experience as a Researcher or Junior Sourcing Specialist
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: Experience in SSC or other multinational field
EDUCATION: University degree in a relevant field
FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE: Good knowledge of direct sourcing and prescreening methods
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of candidate management/ERP systems
LANGUAGE: Fluent English
