Job Description : · Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes· Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records· Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences· Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles· Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law· Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records· Involved in hiring process of Technicians, Engineers, Marketing and other staff as required. Honours confidentiality of employees’ pay records· Assisting and coordinating with sales and marketing team.· Prepare Sale Agreement based on the instruction from sales and marketing team.· Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel and MS Word.· Coordinate on market Research based on marketing executive or manager.· Emailing Drafting.· Assisting front office staff in maintaining the office premises, scheduling events, and organizing meetings and appointments.· Documentation, print out and scan copies & its reporting to the marketing departmentJob Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, FresherSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Mask, SanitizerEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:HR: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English, Hindi, Gujarati (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXApplication Deadline: 20/03/2022Expected Start Date: 01/04/2022
