Job Description : We are urgently hiring HR Assistant/ HR Recruiter in Pune.Job Descriptions: Roles and Responsibilities: Ø Sourcing and screening potential candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems and Portals.Ø Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.Ø Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.Ø Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.Ø Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.Ø Handle Joining formalities of new employees through the Company’s on-boarding programme.Ø Employee Confirmations and Contract Renewals.Ø Taking Care of Employee Welfare including Medical BenefitsØ Employee EngagementØ Preparation of Adhoc Letters from existing templates.Ø Mails Communication.Your skills and experience that will help you excel: Ø Good Communications SkillsØ Minimum 0 to 2 years experience in HR.Ø Graduate in Human Resources or relevant degree.Ø Must be adept at problem solving, including being able to identify issues and address grievances in a timely manner.Ø Experience in recruitment processes and platformsØ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to stay connected with employees at all levels.Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel)QUALIFICATIONPGDM / MBA (HR) – Preferably commerce background with accounts knowledge.The firm provides excellent professional work environment, challenging growth opportunities and attractive remuneration package.We are looking for Immediate joiners with Maximum of 10 – 20 days’ notice period.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:All are required to wear Mask.Experience:Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)Application Deadline: 26/03/2022Expected Start Date: 17/03/2022
