Technical /Professional Experience:
Chartered Accountant / Cost & Works Accountant preferably with MBA-FinanceShould have led cross-functional teams on at least 4 global multi-entity programs (i.e. global template development and rollouts) in SAP Controlling)Extensive experience in all aspects of SAP Controlling including CCA, PCA, PC and PAShould have been a Solution architect / Subject matter expert in the area of SAP COShould have experience in S/4 HANA implementations (at least 2 Implementations)Should have experience in the planning areas that impact CO including PA P & LStrong understanding of the CO modules integration points between FI, SD, PP and MMExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customersShould have minimum three years of Domain experience in the capacity of Controller for a manufacturing company with responsibilities related to product cost controlling, cost center accounting and profit center accounting .

Responsibilities
Subject Matter Expert (SME) role is a multi-dimensional one including but not restricted to:
Mentoring, guiding, supporting and directing associatesArchitecting and solution designConcept & Blueprint CreationQuality reviews from a content perspective for all Logistics modulesTraining and Knowledge sharingStudy and concept projectsTroubleshootingSpot consultingTechnical sales (i.e. using technical expertise in presales)
The SME for SAP Controlling will be expected to provide expert-level consulting (e.g. solution design) relating to the entire array of Controlling components as well as to provide process/business consulting on the domain areas related to these modules and components. Will be expected to provide expert-level consulting (e.g. solution design) relating to integration with SD, MM and PP
Subject Matter Expert – SAP S/4 HANA Controlling (CO)
The SME will be expected to multitask, work on multiple projects running parallel to each other and to fulfill a mix of technical and managerial responsibilities. In short, ability to cope, flexibility and adaptability are key to this role.
