The role forms the backbone of the organization and involves leading client onboarding, engagement to retention.What are we looking for: Ability to build relationships with school management & stakeholders Analyze market trends & discover new opportunities for growth Forecast quarterly sales target & revenue Desire to contribute in the field of a career in career guidance & mentoring At least 3 years’ experience in a business development role in the education sector (K-12) Ability to interact with an audience of students & parents Creative bent of mind Cultural empathy for a fast-moving, growing organizationAs part of the School Partnerships & Alliances Team, your role will focus on:A. Client Engagement Build & manage the client base of the organization and ensure the highest degree of customer success Conceptualize and execute customer onboarding initiatives Keep up-to-date with developments and trends within your job role, the voluntary sector & business through relevant publications, websites, conferences, and networkingB. Relationships & Representation Develop strong and effective external relationships through appropriate communications, cross-team working and networking at all levels Represent Mindler at schools & institutions to drive client onboarding Engage with students & parents in a group setting to pitch the Mindler program Represent Mindler at networking events & conferencesC.
