The person in this role will act as an ambassador for We Assist when interacting with customers (Patients), hospital staff and Insurance claims team at various insurance companies and third party administrators. They will support our day-to-day operations at the hospital level with the support of the central operations team of WeAssist and help us continually improve the internal processes of our growing organization. Claims Specialist at We Assist has an important role of providing complete insurance solution with great growth prospects.Responsibilities and Duties.Serve as a point of contact for Insurance related inquiriesCreate a consistent, positive work atmosphere through the communicationClose interaction with respective department at hospitalTo interact with hospital insurance patients.Interact with Hospital Management, Doctors, Medical and non-medical staff at the hospitalTo create awareness about insurance claims (reimbursement and cashless claims, pre & post hospitalization claims etc.)Collecting claim support documents from the patients / hospitals & coordinate with backend team to ensure smooth transfer of data to the TPA/Insurance Company.Be available at the assigned hospital for six days a week from 9.30am to 6.30pmSend the pre auth request and follow up on cashless approval form insurance company.Efficiently and effectively handle grievance / issue raised by hospital staff & patients, escalate issue to the team leader, as when necessary.Follow-up and Updates to be given to the clientsRequired Skills and Experience Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (or equivalent experience)Excellent written & spoken English and business communication skillsShould have good analytical skills that helps Planning, forecasting & executionShould be a confident with the ability to build and maintain constant rapport with the business and be hands-on where requiredPositive attitude with strong communication skills and approachable demeanour when working with all levels of staffAbility to work independently, quickly learn organizational structure, and demonstrate excellent time management skillsFor More details Contact : , +91-XXXXXXXXXX, 7996110003,7996110009 Thanks & Regards Stella.+91-XXXXXXXXXXJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹400,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 3 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 +91-XXXXXXXXXX
