Entry level is welcomeMinimum 1 year of experience with data analysis, business analysis or program evaluation is preferred.
Essential Duties:
Document business process as narrative or flowchart, and prepare audit findings memorandum of testing deficiencies
Assist/provide audit and advisory services by identifying and defining issues, developing risk-based testing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting processes and procedures.
Assist in the preparation of efficient, and effective audit findings memorandum and management reports with the goals of minimizing risk and continuously improving internal controls and business processes that will be presented to both local and Senior Executive Management members.
Assist management to apply appropriate remediation and close all identified control gaps under the direction of Internal Audit Manager to achieve practical compliance solutions.Support special projects as assigned
Safeguard company assets to prevent fraudulent transactions
All additional job-related responsibilities as assigned
Adhere to all company policies and procedures including IATF16949 and ISO14000 related policies as applicable.
Academic Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, business administration or equivalent experience, or related discipline from an accredited institution
Minimum 1 year of experience with data analysis, business analysis or program evaluation
Knowledge of an ERP system (SAP preferred)
Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and internal controls
Ability to analyze and interpret technical issues and develop solutions
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet strict deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions in a team environment
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Highly detail oriented
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
International business experience preferred
Manufacturing experience preferred
Possess mental faculties consistent with performing at least the minimum essential functions of the job
Physical Requirements:
Ability to see and hear (correctable)
Ability to communicate verbally
Ability to drive a car and travel
