Job Description : Outdoor Network is currently seeking an Internal Auditor for the management finance team. Duties and responsibilities include performing risk assessments and control analyses. Additionally, this position will identify process improvements and document standard operating procedures for a variety of positions. This role may also perform special investigations as assigned. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is analytical and seeks a challenge, takes initiative, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail organization.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSpecific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Prepare and update audit programs and internal control questionnaires for audits performed.Report audit findings and any deficiencies identified to the CFO.Identify process improvements and document standard operating procedures.Reduce risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.Provide training to field personnel as it pertains to new processes and controls.Understand how business processes interface with accounting practices.Eager to take on the challenge of developing systems and processes.Ability to proactively identify and overcome roadblocks and be productive even in ambiguous situations.Ability to work with sensitive information displaying a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.Ability to take initiative, think-strategically, analyze and solve complex problems.Possess strong critical thinking skills, the tenacity to work alone, be a self-starter with ability to work under limited supervision, exercise independent judgment and be results oriented.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple competing priorities and take ownership of projects.Other DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
