Job Description : About the roleWe are looking for an International Accounting Manager who will support the Financial Controller in fulfilling strategic business needs by developing and maintaining a financial accounting infrastructure to support the business objectives of Mangata. This role will be based in Denver and will report directly to Mangata’s Financial Controller.Requirements for the roleConsiderable relevant experience of operational and managerial accounting experience;International (Europe, USA, Asia, etc.) financial accounting experience;Solid understanding of US GAAP and European IFRS;Advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite and ERP system implementationsStrong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and meet timelinesAbility to work collaboratively and communicate (written and verbal) with the finance/accounting team, across the company, and with external stakeholdersHigh level of self-motivationYou will be responsible forHelping manage a team of accounting professionals that you will work with to implement and develop best-practice systems, policies, and proceduresProviding timely, transparent financial information and support to the Mangata team, its investors, and its lenders.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $90,000.00 – $130,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Denver, CO: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:GAAP: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
