Job Description: As an International Tax Consultant, you will be joining an international IT/Service organization that empowers Service Providers and IT organizations to manage the network cycle for complex 5G and Fiber networks with intuitive instruments, systems and technologies across the globe!
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review annual foreign income tax provisions.
Prepare and review foreign provision to return true ups.
Review quarterly foreign income tax provision process for international entities.
Prepare and review international portion of the US tax compliance, including forms 926, 5471, 8858, 5713, 8975, 8990, 8991, 8992, etc.
prepare required disclosure statements related to international portion of the US, such as I.R.C. §351, §332, Reg. 1.6038B, etc.
Prepare and review GILTI calculations.
Review changes in tax laws/regulations to understand impact on US compliance on foreign entities.
Qualifications:
4+ years public accounting experience and/or equivalent corporate income tax experience specializing in international tax compliance and provision
Experience in the application of ASC 740
Strong analytical skills
Must be “Hands-on”, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
General knowledge of US GAAP and SOX.
Advanced Excel skills.
Excellent data management skills including the ability to pick up different systems quickly.
Experience with Oracle, OBIEE, Essbase and SmartView helpful.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent required; CPA and Master’s Degree in Taxation is desirable.
Work Environment:
Fully remote, can sit anywhere in the US!
