Key Areas of Responsibility include:
Improve NCR’s capabilities and saturation of centralized account and role provisioning and deprovisioning
Provide technical support and guidance for secure and productive IAM solutions that support globally dispersed business applications
Work with business IT managers to understand business requirements, enterprise IT standards and other considerations that influence how IAM solutions and services should perform and operate

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
College degree with 2+ years of Identity Access Management experience. Will consider additional industry experience in lieu of degree
Extensive understanding of IAM solutions including the Oracle Identity Governance suite
Practical technical experience with Identity infrastructure solutions
Experience with implementing new security and governance policies while balancing end user productivity
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Enterprise Java/Jscript development
Linux and App/Web/DB Server support experience
Oracle SQL Developer working knowledge
Strong written and oral communications skills to clearly convey complex technical topics
Application design experience a plus (Java, XML, .Net, REST etc.)
Microsoft PowerShell experience.
