Job Description : We are looking for a smart hard working tech savy problem solver for our company who can solve the issues by him/her self and doing all the technology related work and other works during our hoursDuties:1- come to duty 15 to 20 mins before everyone else every day and check if all the computers are running, if not, turn them on remotely, you will be traind to do so2- check if the phone system, CRM system, Email system, and everything else is working properly3- troubleshoot any issue faced by anyone of the team and solve the issue untill its done,4- search for better solutions to run the business, ask team mates what issues they are facing in making their work smooth, and solve their issue by searching for better softwares etc.5- call the companies to solve issues we are facing ( you will need to be fluent in English language)6- do whatever is told to you on your working hours7- stay active with the team8- followup every day tasks with us, what is done and what needs to be done…….Working Hours, 9 am to 5 pm US CENTRAL TIME (HOUSTON) MONDAY TO FRIDAYSALARY 18K TO 24K INR PER MONTHShould have own laptop, atleast 50 MBPS internet speedJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹24,000.00 per monthSchedule:US shiftExperience:Technology Occupations: 3 years (Required)total work: 3 years (Required)Language:English (Required)Shift availability:Night Shift (Required)
