The Team
Innovation Adoption Services is an unit in CIM with a mission to deliver best in class customer services, innovations to help SAP customers RUN at their BEST through sustainable adoption of SAP CIM solutions.
This unit Enables Adoption, Maintains, Operates and Continuously Innovates & Improves CIM Products & Solutions.
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who is passionate in continuous learning, building expertise and solving customer challenges.
The Role
Provide high quality of support to SAP Customers by gaining deep project/product expertise
Managing critical customer issues and escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction
Development and high quality delivery of feature enhancement and change requests
Performs incremental testing actions on code, processes, and deployments to identify ways to streamline execution and minimize errors encountered
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and participation in customer workshops
Develop Monitoring and automation capabilities
The Role Requirements
Excellent communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability and willingness to learn and scale up in new technologies and projects quickly.
Demonstrate excellent quality, design, development & delivery skills
Experience in customer interaction and proven track record in customer facing role
Expertise on DevOps tools
Experience with SaaS or Software Cloud architecture, including web services and application services (deployment, scalability, monitoring)
8+ years of relevant experience in software development and support
Mandatory programming skills; Object oriented programming languages, Core Java, OData, JavaScript , SAP UI5 ,NodeJS
Experience administering and deploying development CI/CD tools such as Git, Jira, Jenkins
