About the Team:
Opportunity to accelerate the innovation and delivery of the SAP Fieldglass Product, you will have an opportunity to design, develop, and deliver software modules and components of varying complexity related to Java technologies.
Summary and Role Information:
As a developer, you will be working closely with a dedicated product development organization comprising Developers, Product Experts and Architects to continually improve the quality and usability of components through an agile development process.
Responsible for design, coding, testing, and delivering innovative features on the product.
Demonstrates understanding of Java/J2ee framework used in the application.
Resolve issues and contribute to the overall quality of product.
Shall compliment Development Architect in building product features and solving complex issues.
Use Agile and software engineering concepts and processes to achieve committed results, and actively contribute to ongoing improvements.
Continuously learn to gain state-of-the-art agile software engineering skills.
Deliver according to schedule and communicate plan, progress, and issues in a timely manner.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Ability to understand and master new technologies quickly.
Experience/ Role Requirements:
B.E in Computer Science or MS in Computer science graduate from a reputed university with good grades.
5+ years of experience in developing production grade, scalable web applications.
Capable of application performance analysis and tuning.
Proficient in Java/J2EE.
Experience in building applications in microservice environment using spring boot.
Given a problem should be able to come up with design(s) along with pros and cons.
Good understanding of deployment environments, configuration of applications, change management principles.
Should possess understanding of least one RDBMS system.
Experience working with Spring Framework.
Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (preferably React), CSS and HTML.
Experience with cloud platforms.
