Job Description : Senior JIB AccountantExperience· Verifying, coding, processing and paying vendor invoices· Coding, processing and paying non-operating invoices· Update all monthly allocation’s for joint interest billings· Book all month-end entries for billing· Process monthly joint interest billings and distribution· Working with vendors, contract pumpers and field supervisors· Work closely with JIB team· Process and pay Ad Valorem year-end taxes· Assist with year-end audit for accounts payable issues· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook· Able to look at an invoice and know whether it’s IDC, TDC, ICC, TCC, WOE or LOEBenefits/Other information· Covered valet parking provided· Monday-Friday with option to work half day Friday’s· Dress code is business professional with casual Fridays (jeans with work-appropriate attire)· Insurance benefits include: health, dental, vision, life, A&D, LTD & STD (benefits start the 1stof the following month of hire)· Vacation policy negotiableJob Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Tulsa, OK 74120: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:JIB: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
