Job Description : WSH Management has managed senior and multi-family properties since we began operations 20 years ago and are very experienced in the management of both Affordable and Market Rate Apartment Communities. We currently manage over 60 properties in California and have over 100 employees.
WSH Management is currently seeking a Jr. Accountant to join our growing team at our Corporate Office in Irvine, CA!
This position will be responsible for completing monthly bank reconciliations for properties as well as reviewing lender statements and post any interest and true up accrued interest quarterly. This person will work closely with the accounting manager as well as resident managers and regional managers. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
Hours : 8:30am to 5:30pm

Full Time: 40 hours per week
$26.00-$28.00 per hour (DOE)
Responsibilities:
Process financial statements for 21 assigned properties
Reconcile monthly bank accounts, accrue monthly expenses and process payables every two weeks
Make bank deposits, mail checks, administrative support for accounting
Process all vendor inquiries
Reviews rent roll and general ledgers with details for accuracy
Requirements:
Bank Reconciliation for multiple accounts experience
Yardi Voyager(Preferred)
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Posting accruals and recurring journal entries
Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, 10 key, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 including Word, Excel, Excel Pivot tables and Outlook.
