Job Description : Process weekly payroll information for 3 unions (e.g. time sheets, withholding information, etc.) for the purpose of updating information and/or authorizing timely paymentMaintain a variety of information (e.g. daily record of all checks signed, copying machine and copying records, etc.) for the purpose of purpose of providing an up-to-date referenceMonitor employee status (e.g. leave time, work location, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring accurate distribution of funds and payrollReconcile account balances for the purpose of maintaining accurate account balances and complying with related policies, practices and/or regulationsEnsure the confidentiality and security of all financial and employee filesTrap invoicing daily for all Northwest locationsInvoice Finished Product Sales for SeattleClose CSS weekly, monthly and quarterlyBank reconciliations, assist controllers as assignedAccounts receivable collectionsJob Type: Full-time
