About Bach Homes:
Founded in 2006, Bach Homes is a rapidly growing homebuilder that specializes in both single-family homes and multi-family apartment projects. Over the years, they have diversified and expanded adding divisions for an Excavation company, Property Management company, Land Development company, Home Furnishings company, and an Internet company.
Bach Homes is seeking a full-time Junior Accountant to join our corporate office Accounting Team. This is an in-office position and will not be performed remotely. The job is to be performed during normal business hours Monday through Friday.
The ideal candidate will be honest, hard-working, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multi-task on multiple projects.
Duties Include:
Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
Updating financial records via accounting software
Reconciling processed payments through verification of entries and other supporting documents to balances
Providing support in annual and biannual audits
Preparing an analysis of accounts and other monthly reports
Report to and work directly with the Controller
. Requirements:

Qualifications/Skills:
Excellent Organization abilities
Great attention to detail
Good with numbers and figures
Associates in Finance or Accounting
Strong Excel and QuickBooks experience
Basic knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
Ability to perform with a high level of accuracy
Demonstrates strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
Able to create and analyze balance sheet, cash-flow and profit and loss statements
Provide professional customer service:
Be service oriented and actively looking for ways to help.
Represent the company to all employees and customers in all communications.
