Main purpose of role:
Processing of Invoices into Tempo

KEY DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to Petrofac’s ‘Eight Golden Rules’.
‘Live’ our Petrofac Values and apply them in day-to-day work.
Process Invoices Via Oracle (Oracle Experience not essential but preferred)
Review and complete Expenses Audit ensuring accurate VAT is calculated.
Download and share Company Credit Card statements
Process Credit Card statements received from card holders
Chase relevant teams for credit card logs in order to allocate to Direct Debit
Basic understanding of UK and Foreign VAT treatment.
Reconcile Statements received either by e-mail or post.
Any other adhoc duties which may arise.
Deal with Supplier queries

Knowledge & Qualifications :
Good English skills
Understanding of end to end procure to pay process
Sound knowledge of MS Office suite
Knowledge of VAT rules pertinent to AP processing.

Good ERP understanding
Organised
Attention to detail
Problem solving skills

Experience:
Previous experience within a similar role (Purchase Ledger, Accounts Admin, Finance Admin, etc) preferable.
Experience in ERP solution for the procure to pay function preferable.
Dealing with vendor queries.
