Job Description : ResponsibilitiesJunio

Process and Maintain Community Solar and Level Solar Accounts
Prepare monthly invoices
Create and process the monthly ACH pull, create NACHA files and upload to bank
Bank Reconciliations for all Community Solar Accounts
Maintain P&L and Balance Sheet for Community Solar Systems
Monthly reporting to System Owners
Answer customer inquiries regarding their bills
Collect outstanding moneys, monitor ACH returns
Process customer payments
Accounting Functions
Enter customer information in Quickbooks
Update pending invoices
Invoicing for PPA leases
Assist with Accounts Payable when required
Finance Functions
Assist Finance Co-Ordinator where required

Required Skills

Associates Degree in accounting, or working towards
1 – 2 years related accounting experience in a small to medium sized company
Experience working in a team environment
Quick Learner and ability to ask questions
Independent and highly motivate self-starter
Able to work between departments
Good communications and human interaction skills
Computer literacy and utilization of programs such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and SalesForce
Strong organizational skills

Preferred Skills

Prior construction / manufacturing / cost accounting experience
Excel skills – v-lookup, pivot tables, data manipulation
Salesforce
QuickBooks
NACHA File processing
Ability to Communicate and present data related to the role
Ability to work under pressure
Perform other related duties as assigned
Process automation / control
