Roles & Responsibilities:
Basic Installation , Server Security & Server Monitoring
Provide server support and manage windows environment.
Installation and configuration of web hosting control panels like Website Panel, SolidCP, MSP and Plesk.
Installation and maintenance of virtual servers on hyper-v.
Manage, coordinate and implement software upgrades, patches, fixes on servers Prioritizing and managing multiple open tickets at once

Desired candidate profile:
Graduates with MCSA or up to 1 year of experience in the web hosting Industry/Server/System/Network Administrator preferred*
Thorough knowledge of Windows Server Environment
Ability to troubleshoot web hosting and technical procedures as needed
Excellent Communication Skills
Willing to work in a 24×7 environment.
Organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Ability to work well with a team, constantly changed environment
Follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues
Confident and passionate
