Underwriting of facility Adherence to defined Policy and Processes with low defects/reworks, and constantly evaluating processes Strict adherence to Regulatory requirements.
Sharp analysis of the cases.
Complex cases and High value cases to be presented to Seniors Portfolio Management To ensure high portfolio quality for the product, while maintaining excellent service levels (TAT) to the customer (both internal and external customers), Data Quality and Process management Ensuring that data is captured correctly Daily tracking of TAT, rejects, pending rework.
achieving benchmarks on TAT and First Time Right decision Interaction with stake holders.
To interact closely with other functions such as Sales/Operations/Collections/CPU/Policy/Product etc in ensuring a smooth day to day functioning .
For Complex cases to interact with Legal, Compliance , Legal and Wholesale Banking teams.
Branch Visits Monthly visit to Branch location and necessary training to be given Visit the CPUs.
