At Peak, we are all about our clients and all about our team.The Position: Part-time consultant of all things accounting, except taxes, we don’t do taxes. We don’t want to do taxes.The Scope of the Job: Duties include, but are not limited to, full charge bookkeeping duties, financial analysis, internal audits, budgets, forecasts, cash projections, payroll processing, systems evaluation and implementation, software integrations, and sometimes, client therapy…if they are going through a rough patch. Compassion and empathy are a must.Hours = Part to Full TimeLooking for someone who ultimately wants 30-40 per week. Position does “ramp up” to allow for training time. First weeks starting hours approx. 15 hours per week, but then growing 32+ over time. Work hours & days may vary, dependent on client work needs. This allows for a flexible schedule around client deadlines. This position has the potential for remote work, or a remote/in office hybrid after the initial (90 day) evaluation period.
