Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Systems Architect…

In this role, you will:
Lead the implementation of complex projects and initiatives that have companywide scope
Assist in the creation of architectural artifacts for key technology initiatives
Participate in the definition of future technology architecture and strategy
Identify medium to high architectural impact projects
Conduct complex technology and system assessments for architecture solutions
Communicate the companywide Architecture strategy and direction to both management and systems related teams
Make decisions in the development and maintenance of architectures
Understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas
Ensure applications adhere to established Wells Fargo standards, policies, methodologies and industry best practices
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications, US:
8+ years of Systems Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Required Qualifications, International:
Bachelors or Masters in Engineering with 17+ years of experience in IT as Architect, Lead and Developer in developing distributed Web applications for Business preferably BFSI domain.
Desired Qualifications:
Architect Certification in Azure and/or GCP
Job Expectations:
8+ years of Experience as Architect in BFSI domain and a thought leader
Expertise in Application migration to Cloud (Azure and GCP), Cloud native app design,

ArchiMate and UML modelling using BizzDesign tool
Experience in Architecture in areas like Big Data, Data Lake, Data quality, governance, Meta data mgmt., Stream Processing.
Experience in API, Microservices, Kafka and Domain driven design (DDD)
Should have hands on experience in DevOps and/or SRE
Familiar with Information and application security (OWASP top 10, SANS CWE 25, Cryptography)

Hands-on coding preferred.
