Job Description : POSITION SUMMARY
The Licensing and Audit Specialist position performs a wide variety of transactional duties for the accounting department and organization. Additional and various accounting duties will be required of this position.
Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employees may perform other duties to meet the ongoing needs of the department and/or organization. Duties within the department may also change to ensure business needs are met on an ongoing basis.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Import and reconcile company credit cards through Nexonia
Manage store licenses from start to finish
Import and reconcile Phone Cards, pay via Electronic Fund Transfers
Process and pay select utility invoices
Process and pay specific vendors on a weekly and monthly basis
Manage and process company car titles and tags
Audit store information and coupons on a weekly basis, in addition; keep track of company coupons
Reconcile all bank loans, Subway fees, and rebates
Complete special projects as requested from Management/Executive team
QUALIFICATIONS:
Administrative Assistant experience
Advanced computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite
High level of integrity and professionalism
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent analytical, reasoning and communication skills
Strong expertise related to organization, time management and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure while completing tasks in full
Willingness to perform additional responsibilities
Team player with ability to adapt to change with a focus on continuous improvement
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to travel short and long distances
Ability to communicate through written and verbal practices
Ability to frequently stand, walk and sit for long periods of time
Continuous manual dexterity
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
