Job Description : Job Objective : Conduct competition analyses and formulate ways for businesses to stay ahead of the curve through strategic interventions.Conduct research and analysis of the industry to formulate view on various sub segments/sectors and come up with solutions to grow the business.Conduct Primary and Secondary analysis of companies including making long list of companies in the respective sectors and shortlisting targets through set criteriaKey Deliverables : M&A· > Identification and evaluation of acquisition opportunitiesBusiness evaluation with support from business & other functionsAnalyze financials statements, Build valuation models and prepare business casesSupport and co-ordinate due diligence efforts, including assisting business teams, external advisorsAssist and advice in preparing bid documents, term sheets and other legal documentation, as and when required· > Periodic tracking / analysis of:Competitive landscapeTrack potential acquisition targetsCompetitive M&A activityAnalysis of benchmarksJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:chartered Accountant (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
