Job Description : Job PositionBranch Sales Manager – Alternate Channel/ Manager Alternate ChannelDepartmentSalesLocationReports toArea Sales Manager/ Sr. Branch ManagerGradeDeputy Manager/ Assistant ManagerPurpose of the roleTo supervise the complete performance of the mapped DSAsTo determine, enforce, and expand new value additions for the organization.To produce business leads with the help of DSAs, and to establish the good DSA network in territoryResponsibilitiesTo establish DSA network for territory for lead & Business generationRevive old DSAs by sourcing business from those DSAsDSA relationship management and task deliver with respect to the provided loginsDSA Service- complete DSA relation management and providing required servicesManage the existing relationships of DSAs / Corporate DSAs / Lead Partners –Affordable housing builders / brokers tie-ups and manage the relationship to generate quality home loan leadsKeep updating with latest SHDFC policy, product, pricing and process to ensure better resultsTo create sales, marketing strategies and campaigns for clients and undertake all duties necessary to deliver such strategies and sales objectivesTo deliver all sales activity within the agreed budget0-12 MOB and even 13-24 MOB or more bounce cases collections with focus and efforts on 100% collections efficiency.
