Job Description : Responsibilities/ Duties · Run Program management office efficiently. Ex: HRMS, Treasury module, D365, WhatsApp, Vendor management portal· Analyse requirements/ needs of different departments· Document requirements like SRS/BRD/UAT test cases as per industry standards· Ensure business should be run in adherence to the statutory compliances (IT NHB Circular especially change management process & program management for new initiatives including outsourced activities).· Improvement in existing process· Ensure vendors are empanelled and are working as per defined SLAs.· Effective Stakeholder management for new projects/ initiativesCompetencies – Project Management, Change Management, User Management, Training Skills, Team Management, Good Communication Skills desirableComputer literate – HTML / Java Script/ C++Experience – Minimum 6 – 10 years (Preferred from same industry)Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,300,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:yesExperience: * Run Program management office: 6 years (Preferred)HRMS, Treasury module, D365, WhatsApp: 6 years (Preferred)SRS/BRD/UAT test: 6 years (Preferred)HTML / Java Script/ C++: 6 years (Preferred)Project Management, Change Management: 4 years (Preferred)User Management, Training Skills: 4 years (Preferred)
