Job Purpose

You have a penchant for engaging motion stories that drive user engagement along with business expectations.

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) • Create early concepts scripts visualising storyboards to plan for motion graphics design deliveries. • Recording mobile screens editing video footage and adding effects/elements to deliver motion graphics design. • Keep up with the latest Animation/VFX/UI/UX design trends in the industry. • Ensure implementation with design teams to select audio video colours illustration graphics images animation visual effects for motion design. • Set up recurring quality checks to maintain the quality. • Create plans and trackers along with the team. • Research & show relevant gaps to create fresh content • Benchmark with industry and competitors to get insights • Conduct fundamental changes across digital platforms to ensure consistency • Ensure motion/video/animation content is in line with branding directives • Repurpose motion content at pre-defined intervals • Ensure quality of published motion content 4.

Required Qualifications and Experience
* SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications Qualifications – • Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Fine Art, Multimedia, Animation, Interaction, Graphic, Visual communications) or a related field or equivalent practical experience • Proficient with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3DMax, Maya applications or similar tools) • Familiarity with 3D, 2D, Video, Motion graphic with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to design for platforms such as desktop and mobile, Android and iOS Work Experience – • 4+ years of experience working as a Motion Graphic Designer/Animator/Video Editor • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (Visual, Communication, UI-UX Design, Marketing, etc.) • Experience in the technical implementation of Lottie animation systems in a mobile app development environment • Demonstrable portfolio with projects and specific contributions for video, animation, motion graphic design
