Job Description : BelFlex Staffing is seeking a career-minded Cost AccountantPay- 50k-70k DOECall 864-757-1611 or text 833-948-2234Resumes needed asap!Job Responsibilities:Complete Market analysis for company’s products, inventory and its overall valueMaintain cost accounting system and cost ledgerEstablish cycle counts and physical inventory counts, investigating variances that may arisePrepare annual production budget and provide update forecasts of production costEnsure monthly financial statement reflect proper valuation of inventoried goodsReview standard and actual cost for variances and report variances to management for decision making purposesHelp to reduce cost and maximize company’s profit by recommending changes to processes and policiesPerform cost-volume-profit analysis on existing product and develop pricing models to assist in the acquisition of new businessQualifications/CompetenciesBachelor’s degree in AccountingMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in Cost Accounting in the manufacturing areaCertified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferredAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent verbal and written skills; must be able to communicate clearly with all levelsExcellent analytical skills with an attention to detailIntegrity, with an ability to handle confidential informationSuperior knowledge of financial reporting software tools and ERP softwareExcellent attention to detailJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:Gray Court, SC 29645: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Cost accounting: 5 years (Preferred)ERP systems: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
