Property & Asset Management

What this job involves

Marketing Plan.
You will be responsible for Preparation of annual marketing plan & marketing budget which should include minimum three shopping related mega festivals in a year and other regular events throughout the year. & Will take responsibility of successful execution of approved marketing plan.
Judicious use of financial resources in marketing plan. You will coordinate in Integration of mall marketing plan with retailers marketing plan to build synergy. Ensure hundred percent retailers participation in every activity.
Sending regular updates to every retailer and their marketing heads on outcome of marketing activities. Ensure significant amount of sponsorship from external brands / companies / agency for major marketing festivals.
Assisting weak / non-performing retailers to extract mileage out of MARCOM activities.

Revenue Part.
Focus on achieving revenue targets of the year. Generating revenue through selling of branding space to the internal retailers and external brands as well (SOH). Generating revenue through brand activation / atrium activation. Speciality leasing- generating targeted revenue through leasing of kiosks. Revenue generation through movies shooting and other movie-based events.
Exploring other avenues of additional revenue generation.

PR activities & Media Management.
Maintaining healthy relationship with media – print, electronics and radio. Taking responsibility as brand ambassador and spokesperson of the mall. Extracting maximum mileage to the mall with adequate media exposure. Utilizing digital media to generate leads. Regular posting of promos on digital media. Strategy to increase followers / improve viewers on social media.
Increasing of visibility of mall through various channels like paid search, display, paid content and social media
Updating web site of the mall regularly. Handling customer complaints / feedback received through various media platforms and web site. Giving brief to social media agency on daily basis.

Business Analytics & Tenant Relationship
You will ensure all MARCOM plans predominantly to focus on building foot falls and higher conversion rates. Regularly monitoring of daily foot falls, and performance of every retailer.
Sending mall performance report to management on daily basis. Sending on time monthly MIS report to management. Building relation with external brands, advertisement agencies and event management companies. Shall be a single point of contact for all internal retailers on all MARCOM activities. Sending news letters to retailers. Assisting in media buying plans.

Are you a degree holder with MBA & having Six to Eight years’ experience in Marketing & Communication of mall or PR activity? Are you a stickler for key business goals and results? An effective communicator
You’ll be teaming up with people across various departments, so a good command of spoken and written English and other non-English languages―coupled with superior people skills―will be indispensable in this role. You should also be proficient in all MS applications to land this job.
