It defies the notion of typical luxury brands that have to appear smooth, sophisticated and refined to justify their price point. Instead, the Monk’s approach is a spartan, stoic, brutal and honest approach to luxury. We believe this approach will bring about a refreshing take in a sea of sameness. We don’t intend to please everybody; instead are creating a cult of consumers who identify themselves as Monks. It’s not easy being the Monk. After all, monks go against the flow in search for truth, a method to lead a more meaningful existence, dedicating yourself to strengthening yourself ceaselessly. The brand is dedicated to these individuals.However, we have a task at hand, as fast fashion has numbed customers into being indifferent to quality, the true cost of clothing, and heritage – to create a brand that breaks the mould of modern norms of aesthetics, luxury and authenticity; To educate people; the method needs to be preached.Things you will do: Define, execute and report on innovative offline and online marketing campaigns.Plan, manage and executes all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns.Monitor social conversation, interact, and engage with customers through social media channels, and respond on behalf of the brandSet up tracking metrics and analyze web traffic information, projections and other meaningful data to uncover customer, product and operational insightsSupport and initiate changes and edits to the website. Maintain and enforce editorial style guidelines, including user experience, and tone of voice objectivesCollaborate with Designers, Programmers and Site Developers to create, manage and improve the digital interactions of all customersUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across channels and customer touch points.Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to achieve desired results.Be a fierce advocate for the brand experience, and help us ensure consistency and quality across all of our communications assets.What you’ll bring on board: Undergraduate or post graduate degree in a related discipline and 3-7 years of relevant experience.Experience in D2C/eCommerce/fashion marketing.Relevant experience in content marketing, web strategy, social media, CRM (email marketing), SEO etc.Experience with web and social media analytics and reporting toolsExperience in planning and coordinating marketing communications and materials.Independent, creative self starter with ability to multi-task in an entrepreneurial environmentExceptional verbal, written communication and interpersonal skillsStrong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptuallyProven ability to demonstrate brand voice through social media channels, web and blog postsComfortable collaborating with diverse groups in a fast-paced startup environmentJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹1,000,000.00 per yearSchedule:Flexible shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Digital marketing: 2 years (Preferred)total work: 2 years (Preferred)Expected Start Date: 01/04/2022
