The Ad Success Team works with advertisers to drive success through product adoption and upsell of existing and new self-service advertising programs. Working with Advertisers, Account Managers and Product Managers, we champion the voice of customers in the organization and influence product road map to enhance customer experience and help them improve their business through advertising.

Advertiser Success team (AST) is looking for a creative and analytical marketer to lead marketing programs that are fundamental to the fast growth of the business. This Marketing Manager will champion marketing programs from ideation and planning to execution and reporting. If you are detail oriented, analytical, customer obsessed and want to deliver world class communication together with the team, this is a great role for you. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead marketing program across channels and deliver experiences and offers sellers/vendors will love. You must be able to work at the strategic level (using customer behavior to generate bold and innovative ideas for service branding) and at the tactical level (optimizing campaigns, analyzing data and solving problems).

Key job responsibilities

Plan, execute and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns
Analyze data to identify customer centric marketing activities
Research and develop an iterative testing strategy to gain insights and continuously improve the customer experience through optimized messaging and targeting
Create on-brand, best in class content, tailored to appropriate customers and effectively build acquisition campaigns
Work with worldwide marketing managers, content creators, designers, program managers, and business leadership to align channel initiatives with cross-functional team goals
SQL proficiency
3+ years of experience in social media marketing and community building
Experience working with loyalty programs and brand marketing
Proven experience writing commercial copywriting
Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
