Job Description
>Develop and implement marketing plan aimed at promoting multi-brand products and services to the company’s audiences and expand beyond existing applications & market segments

>Support Channel Sales Managers to increase motorization of all channels/applications & improve market grip

>Maintain strong brand presence in online and offline channels via organic traffic and paid campaigns

>Manage marketing budget & external agencies

>Ensure solid market knowledge with thorough analysis on customers’ needs and market trends and develop tools or programs to promote sell-in

>Track and improve marketing performance (ROI) ensuring results are achieved at the right level of efficiency on continual basis

>Drive the launch of offers according to the defined go-to-market strategies

>Adapt the marketing deliverables (4P) to the local context and language

>Manage the entire product lifecycle of the core product portfolio, i.e. Home & Building and Connected solutions; support Tertiary Access team in defining product segmentation strategy and developing product marketing activities for Access Control

>Engage and collaborate with cross-functional, regional teams

>Ensure compliance with Group marketing and brand guidelines

>Capture, analyze and translate needs into action plans

The Successful Applicant
>Excellent command of spoken and written English

>Understanding on B2B and B2C distribution channels

>Experience in building materials and technology industry is an advantage

>Post-graduate in Business Administration. Engineering discipline preferred

>Minimum 15+ years of 360 degree marketing experience

>MNC exposure, familiar with B2C and B2B2C

>Strong business acumen

>Knowledge in key areas of digital marketing: SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM

>Excellent skills in communication, analysis and project management.

>Self-motivated, collaborative attitude, independent

>Good skills in Google Analytics, Social media, CMS, PhotoShop, etc.
