There is also a strong emphasis on teamwork & mentoring.Responsibilities: We are hiring a powerful marketing team in India that will manage most aspects of marketing in-house with some assistance from agencies. We are looking for a full-stack marketer with experience across marketing channels and a robust analytics-driven approach.You will be responsible for creating a marketing strategy and its execution to meet monthly sales targets on our eCommerce store, brand creation, and growth in customer acquisition and value.Day to day responsibilities include: Oversee all performance marketing activity (Paid, SEO, Web, Email, CRM, etc.) for our major markets in the US, Canada, Australia, UK & India, collaborating with global teams & partners. Monitor and ensure marketing campaigns deliver against targets by continuous testing and analysis.Analyze consumer patterns to understand the effectiveness of media investment and advise on strategy.Creation and execution of content marketing strategies across long-form content & social media channels.Help in running conversion rate optimization projects to help increase the conversion rate of the website.Analysis of channel performance and reporting to key stakeholdersQualifications we are looking for5 to 6 years of related professional experience, preferably with a startup or an agency.Strong focus on customer acquisition–managing performance marketing channels, such as search, programmatic, social, affiliate, email, conversion rate optimization.Deep understanding and hands-on experience in using programmatic marketing tools like Facebook/Instagram ad manager, Google ads, LinkedIn ads, etc. is a must.Well-versed in digital analytics tools like Google Analytics/Mixpanel to analyze web data and generate insights that help business.Hands-on experience with one or more digital marketing suits like SEMRush, MOZ. Ahref etc, will be a plus.A practical understanding of multi-channel attribution modeling.Should have proven mentoring and team management skills.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organization skills.An entrepreneurial bent of mind.
