Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Demonstrated ability of strategic problem solving and creating/building something from scratch

The Fashion and Beauty market segment opportunity in India is incredibly large — estimated at $131B in 2021 and growing to $175B by 2024. The size of prize makes this category one of the most exciting and hotly contested consumer opportunity in the Indian internet landscape. The Softlines and Beauty teams are organized to make decisive progress in this must win and critical priority for A.in.

The focus of the marketing organization is to build an endearing equity for Amazon Fashion and Beauty and thereby inspire the Indian customer to shop on A.in. The team negotiates this Big Rock via three pillars – influencer marketing, mass media advertising, and customer and traffic initiatives.

The marketing team is seeking a creative, analytical, and highly motivated Marketing Manager to develop, evaluate and execute all the customer and traffic initiatives for the Softline and beauty business. The ideal candidate will own all key traffic drivers for the category, and work as a category advocate with central traffic teams. They will possess a deep understanding of all traffic-driving mechanisms (Search, Affiliates, Email, SEO etc.) and actively engaging in optimization of those channels for the business. Work with cross functional teams and internal teams, including technology teams, to define, drive, and launch improvements to the shopping. The candidate will keep continual watch over A.in Fashion’s traffic patterns, dive deep into individual traffic and revenue sources (direct, referral, affiliate, search, etc.), and report on trends and their causes. The candidate will also lead critical customer engagement plans like CML, FIP, leveraging learnings from IC and A.com to drive best customer engagement. The candidate will present to senior management externally and internally and be responsible business goals while ensuring a top-notch customer experience

Past experience of scaling a Service/product in the e-commerce space
Past experience in digital marketing (paid search, paid display, SEO, content, paid social)
