The marketing executive is the glue within the marketing function and the link to the rest of the organisation. Working closely with the sales operations team, this person will support the Sales and Account Management teams, to manage between marketing and the frontline teams to ensure that both sides are optimised to deliver (marketing’s role) and work (sales’ role) the highest quality leads. Marketing operations staff make projections about the quality of the sales and marketing pipeline and spot efficiencies that will make the company work better as a whole. This role will also serve as the marketing services operations coordinator supporting HubSpot marketing automation, events management, and other marketing services for the organisation.
What You’ll Do
As a marketing executive, you will work to create and execute scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation, event management, and marketing analytics. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing and executing multiple projects at once.
HubSpot: Campaign Manager

Liaise with HubSpot administrator to support data hygiene and ensure proper execution of email campaigns
Coordinate lists for email campaigns – prospects (such as webinars and other prospect list acquisitions)
Create and run email campaigns targeting clients and sales prospects
Create reporting dashboards for wider teams
Pass on responses/leads to account managers or sales teams
Investigate and present recommendations to improve the performance of email campaigns
Create and manage workflows
Create landing pages for marketing and lead generating campaigns
Run ad hoc campaigns based on requirements; e.g. survey capabilities, market-centric (India), the annual year-end promotion, and other regional or global lead generation campaigns.

Lynk Speaker Series (webcasts)

Manage the marketing events operations for optimal efficiency from setup to production and ensure seamless attendee experience
Execute operations of Lynk online webcasts from setup to live broadcast, recording, and post-event handoffs
Manage reporting and analytics from these webcasts

Marketing Operations

Execute marketing operational requests from across functional groups such as updating marketing information on various vendor sites
Review and update existing collateral
Collate customer testimonials for sales and marketing consumption
External brand monitoring and coordinating appropriate handoffs
Understand the use of Marketing Automation system (HubSpot) and be responsible for the production of assets, integrations, tracking, and reporting
Monitor and analyse demand generation campaigns ROI through metrics and dashboards to increase marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.
Maintain sales and marketing content repository to ensure the most up-to-date materials are in use

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Quick thinker, creative hands-on, problem solver with a keen sense of judgment and flexibility to manage competing or shifting priorities
Proficient knowledge of Google Office, online webinars (such as Zoom), and CMS tools
Proficient in marketing automation and CRM tools including HubSpot and Sprout Social
Excellence in organisational and project management with the ability to handle multiple programs concurrently moving in fast-paced environments
Strong communicator who can clearly articulate project plans and processes both in verbal and writing.

What Expertise You’ll Add to The Team

2-5+ years experience in a marketing operations role, ideally in a B2B Technology (experience at a data company is a plus)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field of study
Experience in direct digital marketing
