Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as the marketing project coordinator. The responsibilities of the marketing project coordinator include pulling in project Requests from various functional groups across the organization, or the project Request form (in Salesforce or ASANA) and managing them in our project management tool ASANA. Be a bridge between the Project Requester and Task Owner(s) by setting up projects, arranging kickoff calls, delegating tasks to various team members, supervising the projects, making sure everyone is on the same page in terms of due dates and project SLAs.

To be a successful project coordinator, you should have strong organizational, relational, and planning skills. Ultimately, a top-notch marketing project coordinator should have excellent project management, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

Setting up, managing and supervising marketing projects from beginning to end in ASANA.
Working with the Marketing team to improve/automate the project request framework.
Create/Deploy strategies to improve adoption of the project request framework.
Ensuring the projects/tasks are up to date in the project management tool.
Ensuring the project Requester and the project Owner are communicating regularly on the project progress, due dates and the SLAs.
Collaborating with various departments to make sure everyone is aligned
Creating and managing calendars and scheduling deadlines for various task owners in the project management tool.
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the various marketing departments.

Requirements/Skills Needed:

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
0-2 years’ experience with project management theory and best practices.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Prior experience with project management tools like ASANA, JIRA etc.
Prior experience of working in multiple time zones (IST, EST, PST)
