Each student is mentored by 3 industry experts.SKILLEDGE Mentor provides guidance to students on current skill requirements of industry, industry trends, industry opportunities, different types of job profiles in the Sales field, B2B sales, Inside Sales skills and daily work activities performed on the job. Mentors also help students excel at interviews by conducting mock Interviews.Growth Mentor – We are looking for your association with SKILLEDGE as a Growth Mentor. As a Growth Mentor you will:· Motivate students aspire for and build a career as a Sales Associate(B2B & Inside sales).· Help students discover opportunities available· Help students visualize career path in the IndustryWe would expect you to support us by allocating between 2 hours to 4 hours every month for student mentoring sessions. Your session/s will be scheduled on weekends, or late evenings on weekdays, as per your availability.SKILLEDGE mentors find that these sessions provide them an opportunity to give back to the society, help build the nation, enhance their professional standing, and get recognition for their skills and expertise.
