Job Description : Qualification:1. Candidate should have recognised degree BE/ BTech/ MBA/MCA/ or with higher Educational Qualifications 2. Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience of any Education sector, Skill Development related work 3. Preference will be given to those Candidate who have Experience in working as Academic Expert, NAAC Consultant, Technical Support in Education domain, Coordinator with any Education related Institutions for minimum 3 years 4. Retired Academic Professionals having Experience as per the Scope defined will be considered with relaxation to the Education QualificationJob Description:1.1 To support to HEIs with the methodology of NAAC Accreditation Process. Inform the College of the current process / protocols of Assessment and Accreditation1.2 To provide guidance and Consultancy for educational institutions including Universities, Autonomous Colleges, Affiliated Colleges, Teacher Education Institutions and Physical Education Institutions for obtaining the NAAC Accreditation.1.3 TAQA to visit College and View College Infrastructure, Analysis of Documents, Cultural Activity, Teacher Development Program Conducted, Seminars, Journal, Research Work, College Record Keeping, Implementation of International Standards etc. and Discussion on Format for Record Keeping for Inspection.1.4 Support in Academic Excellence activities.1.5 Coordinate between AD, HEIs, SPD, Directorate on regular basis.1.6 Support in day to day operational activities at AD office.1.7 Support HEIs in IT related aspects for submission of Documents onlineOther Skills: 1. Excellent computer skills with knowledge and experience on working with Microsoft tools and internet based tools like emails, Data Analytics, Google Worksheet etc. 2. Fluent in english writing; ability to write and speak in hindi 3. Excellent written and oral communication skills 4.
