Job Description : Need of Project Coordinator in IT Industry DehradunJob description –The person will work with the senior management to manage ongoing projects with various stakeholders including clients. Looking for a person who can manage end to end overall project execution in coordination with client and the team.Key Responsibilities: · Work on proposal making· Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information· Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes· Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives· Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management· Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve· Help prepare budgets· Analyze risks and opportunities· Oversee project procurement management· Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise· Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants· Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reportsSkills: · Self-motivation and a competitive, results-driven attitude· Experience in project management, from conception to delivery· Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management· Strong client-facing and teamwork skills· A good level of technical understanding with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses with good awareness of IT services· Articulate and confident presentation skills and a professional telephone manner· Time-management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload· Attention to detail· Persuasive and influential verbal and written communication skills· A strong team spirit and leadership attitudeExperience – 6 months to 2 year of experience.Qualification – BBA, MBA , B.E.Contact to me soon at +91-XXXXXXXXXX.
